You don’t need to have formal qualifications or years of classroom experience – what matters most is your character, empathy and willingness to learn. If you’ve worked in a care role, playgroup, youth setting or even supported a family member with additional needs, your skills are more valuable than you may realise.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting children with special educational needs in their learning and daily routines

• Building positive, nurturing relationships that help children feel safe and understood

• Working closely with teachers and therapists to create the best possible environment for each child
